On the 2/1/18 i had impresions made of my ears as i am 40 percent deaf and i was told that my hearing aids would be ready in about 6 weeks . It is now almost the end of june and still no hearing aids.Every time i phone i can not get through. I can honestly say i am not very happy with this service.

I was very sorry to read of your experience. Please contact our Patient Advice and Liaison Service on 0800 917 6039 or by email at PHT.PALS@porthosp.nhs.uk and let them know what is happening so they can help chase this up with the relevant staff and get you your hearing aids as soon as possible,
