This practice needs seriously 're-thinking since it's emerged the appointment system the on line system the telephone manner off the receptionist how your talk to when you ask for appointments sorry there isn't at the online appointments a joke as I have other medical issues i can only really get to one practice i used to highly recommend this practice since it's merged its totally disgusting my health has gone down hill the doctors say make an appointment you go to the desk sorry haven't got anything seriously what is the point off having appointments or on line booking i sat waiting once 1 he and 10 mins for appointment you have to be patient it needs addressing asap
