What I liked
I have quite a fear of dentists due to previous bad experiences, but the staff put me at ease, and all in all it was exceptional service and I felt very relaxed. The treatment was excellent. I was amazed at how good the treatment was and how brilliant the staff were.
What could be improved
My main concern is that I had teeth extracted and no one ever discussed replacing the missing teeth, my teeth are now moving, creating unsightly gaps and don't feel as strong as they were before the treatment, I'm generally frightened of eating now because there is so much strain on the remaining teeth. This was never addressed and never mentioned. I am however expecting a 6 month follow up appointment, as I was told I would get an appointment through the post for a follow up, but I am still waiting for this to arrive. I am hoping that replacing the missing teeth will be discussed at this appointment if it ever arrives. Aside from that, I just felt appointments quite restrictive, I could only have appointments on a friday, and with children to arrange care for I found it hard to do the same day week in week out.
Anything else?
The service is excellent, I just feel that it lacks it certain places, although other patients with other students were discussing different treatments so it probably highly depends upon your student. The care my student gave me was brilliant, but I now feel less confident about my teeth than I did before I had any treatment, I feel I have been left mid way through treatment.
"I would recommend it to anyone if you can get over..."
