"A and E"

No one wants to be in a and e however after finding myself there I was very impressed with the service. Quick, compassionate and nothing was too much trouble. From the reception staff to the medics everyone was friendly and efficient. The only taint on the visit was around the main entrance in which there was lots of visible rubbish (probably as it was late afternoon) and the reception staff were loud, on their phones and taking selfies. As the forefront of the trust and the first people some will see it wasn’t a great advertisement
