"Unexpectedly very impressed"

RBH does struggle with its image so I was a little apprehensive about my op visit to the urology ward for a prostate biopsy. But I must say that my visit to this ward was way above my expectations.

I came into contact with 7 staff members on my visit and each one was awesome in their own way. They were happy, friendly, communicative, professional and attentive, you could not have asked for a group of busy professionals to have done more.

Thank you very much to all on the Saturday 24th June 2018 shift for making an anxious day into a very relaxed and supported one.
