My Nan got admitted to Ward 28 A just under a week ago.
Previous to this she was in another ward at the same hospital who treated her disgustingly!
We were very wary of my nan going back into this hospital but once she was in ward 28 the nurses and healthcare assistants were AMAZING. Nothing was to much trouble and they even managed to get my Nan a private room as she was very poorly.
I would just like to say from my family that we thank you from the bottom of our hearts for giving my nan such quality care and let her Pass with her family around her with dignity and respect.
We will be forever grateful!
If all of the wards were the same as this then heartlands would be a lovely hospital.
