About: Ritchie Street Group Practice

I needed to have a blood test and I did. After weeks calling to chase my results and got reassured they will come, finally I was told they got lost on the process and I needed to repeat it. I did. I got my blood results 1 month later than I should have.

Anyway, I decided not to judge this gp practice much taking this into consideration, anyone can do wrong. But after this results the doctor requested me to give another type of sample to complete the diagnosis, I did. A few weeks later when they were going to give me the results they just said the sample was not labelled on the day I gave it therefore it was not accepted on the lab therefore no results therefore I needed to repeat it... therefore I just change the gp practice and registered in a different one. Therefore... fed up with therefores...

Hopefully I ll be luckier next time. Judge by yourself this situation!!!!!

I really hope the practice manager can read this and do something about. Not about my case, it is lost already, but just for future patients. We all deserve better care!!!!

I am sorry that you had a bad experience. I hope you have a better one at your next practice.

I will of course try and look into what may have gone wrong with the various labs.
