Went in for Orthopaedic surgery. Admission staff were busy but always respetful and kind. On the ward the staff were friendly and everything was done with dignity at all times. One member of night staff even made me a cup of tea at 3am when I was awake! Beds were comfortable and surroundings clean and tidy. The discharge process was a bit lengthy but there again it was a busy time for them.
