"We are so grateful for all their wonderful care"

About: Gartnavel General Hospital / Elderly Medicine (wards 2a, 2b, 2c, 3a, 3c, 4c, 5c, 6a, 8a & 8c)

(as a service user),

My father was in Ward 3c Gartnavel Hospital in Glasgow from November 2017 to his passing in March 2018.

Put simply the nursing and auxiliary staff could not of been better in providing my Dad and also my Mum with all the care,attention and feeling they needed.At times they went way beyond that and as a family we are so grateful for all their wonderful care.

I would also like to especially mention Gemma who was so kind to all the family but especially my Mum and Dad

Gemma is a truly exceptional person.

It is lovely to hear that the kindness and comfort given to your Dad and Mum made such a difference to them and the rest of the family.
