Never can get an appointment told to use walk in centre that's full too

Why do you have so many patients but no doctors to see them who plans like that ?

The hoo receptionist are rude uncaring and unhelpful but the Gillingham lady's are the opposite.

The phone just rings at hoo for hrs unanswered when you do get though there is nothing they can do to help you.

How has it got so bad over the years and why has it ?

Someone needs to take a look at what's going on with this surgery as as of now it's not working.

If you get an appointment you are rushed though with only 10 mins and one problem no other options

It's not right or helpful

The practice is sorry to learn that you have encountered issues when trying to book an appointment.

Patients are only directed to the Walk In Centre when all of our appointments have been booked.

All of our reception staff work at each of our 3 surgery sites on a regular rotation each week and please be assured that the staff do not leave calls unanswered.

Results of our Friends and Family monthly survey have always reflected that the staff are very helpful an caring at each site.

The practice manager is more than happy to be contacted to discuss your concerns in order to resolve the situation.
