"My visit to the CT scan unit"

I went this morning for a CT scan which was a very invasive one.

I arrived about half an hour before my appointment.

The young lady on the reception was very pleasant and booked me in.

I had barely sat down and I was called.

The members who were doing my scan were so lovely polite discreet and very reassuring.

As I said the scan was pretty invasive but they talked to me all the through it and I was completely at ease.

They were so kind and I was finish only 10 minutes after my appointment.

That's what I call service.
