They had incorrectly booked my appointment for 2 hours earlier than agreed, so when I arrived 10 mins early I was actually 2 hours "late".
The dentist agreed to see me anyway, but only for 10 mins, and I had to make another appointment for following week.
Dentist was great - very friendly and polite, and put me at ease.
"Nice dentist, but booking process needs improvement"
