"Saw A nice lady"

Came and saw a nice lady Locum. She was very caring, gave me an option of new meds which I did not take up at time but now WANT TO TAKE SUGGESTED MEDS PLEASE
We can't be affording to give low ratings all around. These are nice people stuck with Locums because they get paid more. Its not the staffs fault.
Everybody is always nice to me especially the secretaries and receptionists . This is down to the Government not the staff. Low reviews will get you nowhere and we could lose the only support we have. Something positive will happen eventually.
Anyway I got my clinic letter within a few days. So I am impressed and it will please my GP.
Thanks to all at the Sutherland I know you do your best.
