"one extremely loud, rude, unprofessional..."

felt as though i was given a dressing down in front of anyone who may be present when trying to register at the practice. Some receptionists are expert interrogation officers and i felt put in a very difficult situation having to explain my circumstances and being shouted at by this person who in my opinion was extremely unpleasant.

I suggest she takes a lesson from the other lady also covering that desk. Some medical conditons make people unsteady, dizzy, confused, and easily stressed and she certainly made me ill for the remainder of that day.

Needless to say I didnt get an appointment either because I didnt fit her bill!

Very concerning.
