Overall it’s a good surgery but the phone system is terrible. On average you are on hold from 5 to 20 mins to get an appointment, the other day we tried to cancel an appointment so someone else could have it but after 18 minuets on hold we gave up and hung up

Thank you for taking the time to give feedback. We appreciate at busy times it can be difficult to get through to the surgery. Are you aware that you can book and cancel GP appointments online via “Patient Access?” If this is something you would like to sign up to please present at the front desk with photographic ID, we also require a current email address, alternatively our reception team will be more than happy to give you further details.
