"Fantastic, friendly care in A&E"

About: University Hospital Wishaw / Emergency Department

(as a relative),

Attended University Hospital Wishaw A&E last night with my daughter. She had a minor head injury and I was concerned re a facial injury.

We were treated with the utmost care and compassion. The journey from reception through triage and finally with the medical staff was professional, friendly and incredibly reassuring.

Thank you to all, you run a fabulous department.

Thank you very much for getting in touch and for your comments in relation to the care your daughter received whilst having to attend the Emergency Department here at University Hospital Wishaw. I have no doubt this was a worrying time for you and I am pleased that you felt that the staff were very supportive to the needs of your daughter.

It is always nice to get positive feedback and I will ensure this will be shared with the team within the Emergency Department.
