"Mega Praise but one serious concern"

I was at the Hospital on 20th June in Day Surgery for a minor procedure.

I cannot thank the staff enough for the first class service I received.

Absolutely Wonderful.

One suggestion - I got there very early and I think it would be useful to have seats in the lift lobby area instead of making us stand up to wait.

My serious concern is this.

If you check your CCTV you will see me walking into the Main Reception area at about 6.45 am on 20th June.

There was no one on Reception (not unexpected at that time) but crucially there was no security.

I was free to walk around without question.

If I had evil intent on my mind, it would have been all too easy to cause mayhem.

I think it is essential you have some sort of Security staff on duty at all times.

Otherwise, a fantastic experience.
