About: Royal Stoke University Hospital / Ophthalmology

The automated answaring system is total rubbish, the voice recognition system in particular.

I tried to contact a medical secretary as advised, but I could not get pass the automated answaring system. I had to abandon my attempt and ring the main switch board to get a response after a delay.
