I have been trying for three days to arrange an vaccination appointment, which I was told to do by an impersonal text I received... AFT having to go in and fill out a form and wait for three days until the nurse had looked at it.
Such a backwards way of working.
Anyway... I have made in total 8 calls varying in time in the past two days and despite being 1st in the queue there has been no answer. I waiting for 30 minutes one time.
I'm not forced to leave work early and physically go into the surgery.
Terrible service.
