Well seems like the practice is progressing in the right direction and is no longer under special measures,did ring for an appointment and got told two weeks time, by a very grumpy female receptionist, or ring at 8 in the morning so did that and was either on hold or nobody answered the phone, so rang in afternoon a male answered and I got an appointment in a few days , the doctor I saw was lovely did not rush me she listened and I got the prescription I’d been wanting for ages ,there was a time when I was considering registering elsewhere but after seeing the doctor and swiftly getting sorted out I feel I will stay so alls good , keep it up.
