About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Day Surgery

(as the patient),

I had a small growth removed from my back at minor operations. The procedure was carried out by the lovely Kirsteen and assisted by Helen. I work in private health care so wasn't expecting a particularly efficient service as I hear some of the horror stories from my patients. However I was pleasantly surprised by the way I was met at reception, taken early and treated like a real person.

Kirsteen and Helen were so professional and I could not have asked for a better service. Thank you to you both and my belief in the NHS is renewed.

Thank you for taking the time to leave such lovely feedback which I have shared with our minor operations team. I am pleased that you found our service to be efficient and person centred which is what we ultimately try to achieve. I like to treat people as I would like to be treated myself whether within private or nhs health care and I am pleased you felt valued during your visit. I hope your wound is healing well.
