My optician saw me in the morning and booked me in to Eye Casualty that afternoon.
Despite it being very busy I was seen quickly; a torn and detaching retina was diagnosed. I saw a surgeon, who explained the procedure clearly. The next day I was operated on by a surgeon and his team. Everyone explained everything very clearly and the operation was successful. The prompt and professional care undoubtedly saved my sight.
Many thanks to Staff Nurse and all involved.
You do a fantastic job.
It is Always worth traveling from New Milton for the excellent care at SGH.
