"Frustrated..."

I have an on going issue following a serious injury to my back and never damage to one leg ...unfortunately this whole situation has been very frustrating and painful ...I'm finding booking follow up appoinmentshard as the phone is rarely answered .

When I did finally manage to get myself to the surgery I was told on one occasion that there were no doctors to see me at all , another time the surgery was closed in the middle of the day , and one time that I could only have emergency if I had phoned first , even though I explained I didn't have a phone and I was already at the surgery by 8am and willing to wait .

Not to mention Maybe if my case had been picked up last year the nerve damage could have been investigated.

I've waited over two months for an emergency Mir scan " and another three weeks for reports to be even read and past on to the physiotherapy departments .

I of course understand that there were problems at the beginning of the year and can only hope they are being dealt with now .

In spite of this I do find the reception staff very helpful and understanding but there hands seemed to be tied in my case .

I really do hope you can get back to me to discus this as I was advised to take this up with you . I am willing to met with you at any time to maybe go over my case in more detail and there reports and documents I would like access to .

I am very sorry to hear that you have been having a number of problems getting an appointment with us. I would very much welcome the opportunity to discuss the matters that you raise in your comments and we will of course provide you with copies of the reports and documents that you require.

Can I ask that you please contact the reception at your convenience and ask for myself (Mr Clarke – Managing Partner) or my Operations Manager (Mr Mckie) to arrange a meeting.
