"I can't thank Russells Hall enough"

About: Russells Hall Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as a relative),

I'm writing this on behalf of my wife who is now at home thanks to the staff at Russells Hall.

My wife suffers with constant seizures, and we visit hospitals quite regularly through A&E. The staff at Russells Hall A&E have always been top notch at getting my wife stable and yesterday was no different, she was taken into resus and made comfortable and stable.

A doctor was with her quite speedily and gave us a breakdown on what he advised to treat my wife's condition. After this we were transfered to EAU where the staff were very friendly and reassuring which is what my wife needs after one of these episodes.

She was constantly checked on and made comfortable, later she was moved to ward C8 where she was looked after wonderfully by their staff who were very friendly and couldn't do enough to make her comfortable.

Even the doctor was friendly and very helpful. Can't thank you all enough.

We are very pleased to hear your wife’s care in Accident and Emergency has always been of the highest standard and that she was made to feel so comfortable and reassured during her last visit to A&E and EAU. We do strive to give the very best care to our patients to ensure their experience of our hospital is the best it can be. We will pass on your positive comments to the teams in A&E, EAU and ward C8.
