"Standards, service and attention to detail are..."

This was my first experience at the Orthopaedics & Spine Specialist Hospital but my not my first attempt to resolve a long standing spinal issue. The service and expertise provided by every single member of staff at the Orthopaedics & Spine Specialist Hospital is un-questionably the best I have ever experienced within the health service. I was made to feel comfortable from my first consultation and through every stage of my treatment; for the first time I felt that someone was listening to my concern seriously and offering real options to me on how the problem could be dealt with; I have never experienced this level of care in any consultation previously at other clinics...... On choosing a treatment option with my consultant surgeon, I was promptly booked in for surgery. The help from all of the staff leading up to the surgery and post surgery was and sill is fantastic, I cant thank all of the people involved enough, recovery is now well under way and I am optimistic for great results.
