(as the patient),

My appointment at Forth Valley Royal Hospital was for 2. 00 pm and I was taken by Angela to the treatment room a couple of minutes early.   I was introduced to Kirsty, the nurse who was to perform the procedure to remove a growth on my cheek. I  was greatly put at my ease by both nurses working as a team.   The growth was removed without discomfort and it was all over in about twenty minutes.   By being operated on by a nurse who had obviously had many years of experience I felt that I had received top class treatment by a pair of competent, caring professionals.   Could anything be better?   Perhaps canapes and Champagne at reception.

I hope your wound is healing well.

I will see what I can do about the champagne and canopes if you ever need to return!
