"Didnt show much much warmth"

We got the feeling the doctor we saw was going through the motions when we came into surgery. She didnt look much at the patient and was focusing on a piece of paper with a list and computer screen I noted she offered no words of kindness or greetings to my elderly father did not come to the door or get up. She did prescribe what we requested and arranged some blood tests. But a bit more attention and warmth would be nice. The asian patients in the health centre and the reception staff helped us with doors and a wheelchair

We are however very disappointed to hear of your experience and comments relating to the Doctor at a recent appointment you attended with your father. Unfortunately, without specific detail it is difficult for us to address your concerns. If you would like us to investigate in more detail please put your concerns in writing with the appropriate consent from your father, so we are able to investigate and respond appropriately rather than on a public forum.
