I was waiting for 15 minutes to speak to a receptionist this was at 1245, the surgery closes at 1pm. Finally spoke to a receptionist had to fight to get an appointment, the first question was, is it urgent? Definition of justifying to book an appointment is breathing problems or eye problems. I was spoken over and felt guilty for making the appointment. I then had the pleasure of seeing a Dr, total conversation was the Dr saying ahem, ahem, ahem no genuine concern, felt upset and not reassured after my 2 minutes with her. Tried to make an appointment on the way out at 1645, you can't do that either, you have to call at 8am, when I have to leave for work, I can't keep pressing redial whilst I'm driving. It was such a lovely surgery when I first registered. So upset by my experience today.
"Dreadful"
