I have been a patient here and under the care of the doctor for a number of years. At every visit , she has been extremely supportive and listens to my issues. I have always left the surgery feeling hopeful and in the knowledge that she is taking care of me.

As a hearing impaired person, when setting up any diagnostic tests over the years, she has always ensured that the relevant NHS teams contact me either by letter or my preferred method , email. She is every mindful that I have difficult hearing on the phone.

I have always been treated with respect and I feel very privileged to be a patient at this GP practice.

Even when I cannot see her , all the other Dr's in the practice are very courteous and caring.
