"Outstanding service from the paramedics and A&E"

About: Hinchingbrooke Hospital / Accident and emergency

I experienced heart problems on Saturday and my husband called for an ambulance.

The paramedics were outstanding, a man (my husband read his id card)and a really lovely lady but I don't remember her name.

They were clam, kind, re-assuring and attentive.

They truly understood my anxiety and how unwell I felt. They explained everything they were doing and did all they could to keep me calm.

They delivered great teamwork and if ever I need to call an ambulance again, I hope so much it would be them. They popped into A&E twice to see how I was doing and that meant the world to me.

The male nurse and the consultant were also re-assuring and outstanding.

Many thanks to Hinchingbrooke, from the bottom of my heart.
