"the length of time to wait to be seen in minor..."

About: Vale Community Hospital

The length of time you have to wait to be seen in minor injuries unit is disgraceful. Quiet Sunday afternoon and the wait is still at least 2 hours.

Reception staff disappear for quite some time, the staff in minor injuries unit seem to be walking about with no patients in the unit, but patients waiting to be seen.

I have heard about the slowness of this hospital, but have now experienced it myself.

Not impressed.
