"Orthoptic Outpatient assessment"

About: Sussex Eye Hospital / Ophthalmology

lI attended today ( 15th June 2018) . I arrived at Reception in the lower ground floor.

A member of staff immediately kindly guided me to the appropriate waiting room on the ground floor .

My appointment was timed for 09.30..l arrived at 09.28.....l wanted for 45 seconds and was ushered by a member of staff to her treatment room. Her superb highly professional work was relaxed, informative, swift and effective...my return appointment was made before l left.

Both these two persons are to be highly praised for their work

....showing the NHS at the best of its excellent best.
