My 94 year old mother in law has been attending the Audiology Department for many years and wears two hearing aids. In December 2017 she had two new digital hearing aids fitted just in time for Christmas,so a great gift!. The audiologist was extremely caring, patient and attentive taking into account both her deafness and memory problems .The aids were fitted comfortably and programmed well. She has since been able to hear so much more clearly and I am pleased to say the improvements have been sustained. This service is much appreciated and a great part of the NHS in Tameside. I must also mention that the administrative staff and reception are also consistently helpful.

Good Afternoon, thank you for taking the time to provide this feedback about your mother-in-law’s experience in December 2017.

We are delighted to hear that her experiences were so positive with everyone whom she came in contact with and staff were attentive to her needs.
