Thank you for taking the time to let us know how you felt and your experience of the care provided by the staff team at Grenoside Grange. The visual mind map you have created is a great way of identifying and sharing the good practice and care you felt you received and also identifies feedback for us to share with our colleagues regarding communication that you feel could be improved.

I will make sure that your comments and visual presentation is shared with Jo Sims the ward manager and her wider team and also included in Grenoside Granges next governance report so it can be shared further.
