On several occasions i have tried contacting the surgery to make an appointment with a nurse for diabetes check up. But sometimes i get through the line but one thing i do not like is why we have to talk to one person that deal with this sort of appointment? Why cant the receptionist that answer all calls just find you appointment that are availabe and book it in for us rather than transfering call to another person and somtimes the person they try to connect it through extension line sometimes the person not available. I try my best to keep up appointments but its not my fault if i can not get through, also the surgery can not keep sending me letters through post and warning me to make appointment or else they will conclude me from surgery. Its always written on the letter that the surgery has tried contacting me when they hardly contact me only sometimes but i always get back to them by ringing them back. As a patient i am very annoyed and not happy with this gp service.
