Dear Sirs, Madam, Nurses and helpers.
I have not ever had anything but good service from all the staff and helpers in all the times I have rung up, or attended the surgery. I have been a patient for the last 50 years whilst I have lived in Hackenthorpe, no difference, what ever query I had at the time.
So carry on the good work, as I know all the staff are always ready to help. I've no complaints at all.
