"Never again highly unprofessional!"

I was referred by my doctor for treatment of two in grown toe nails in both feet. I’d previously had surgery last year to take half of my nail off but now I need the whole nail off on both feet as they are very much infected..

I have nothing but praise for the podiatrist that I was seeing weekly to try and manage it until the date for the surgery came through...however iv now waited 3 months! After ringing to chase up this appointment and also the podiatrist ringing we have been passed person to person and given faulse promises of phone calls back....no one seems to know what’s going on and it’s highly unprofessional and disgraceful!

Long story short iv been told there’s no referral been done!!!! I’m furious as I’m having to have weekly antibiotics now and it’s painful! I would not recommend this team at all! I’m now awaiting an appointment else where... in the mean time i may be filing a complaint if my issue becomes worse!
