"Staff were great"

A cystoscopy was not at the top of my list for life experiences but the attitude and actions of the staff ensured that it passed quickly and was uncomfortable but not painful. One particular staff member explained the whole process and put me at ease from the start. In the examination room I was treated with dignity and the compassion of the staff was very helpful. My assigned nurse was very helpful. The consultant who carried out the procedure carefully explained his actions and confirmed that everything was as it should be. He answered my questions clearly in language I could understand- excellent.

But I should stress that everyone in the department were the very best. Thanks.
