"This surgary is not fit for purpose"

I haven't been to get an appointment to see a doctor at this surgery for over a year, I have only been able to get appointment with a nurse and these nurses aren't doctors they are excellent up to a point ,

I have had get problems at certain time of year and different nurses have said I could have lung cancer another said copd and another said seasonal asthma caused by pollen no test or x-rays just a prescription ,

the last few days I have felt poorly and again could only see a nurse who advised me I have viral infection and was told to rest and make another appointment in 48 hours if thing persist , I wasn't really happy with the outcome so decided to make appointment with a doctor to try and find out why I keep feeling this way so I phoned the surgery at 8am and got through 8.12 and was told again by a rude receptionist no doctors where available only nurse appointments , I explained I haven't been able to get appointment with doctor for a year she then offered me an appointment on the 29th (16 days time) I was checking my diary when she pipes up and says well do you want it I have other people on the phone I told her not to bother.

I will be making a formal complaint against this surgery they are not fit for purpose,
