"Waiting times are appalling"

I have been to this department twice now.

Both times I waited 1 & 1/2 hours for my appointment.

I can't understand how they can leave patients who are in pain, who come for an appointment at 3 and are seen at 4.30.

The second appointment, I cannot remember the doctor's name and I wouldn't mention it even if I did as this is not really her fault but not only was her accent extremely difficult to understand, and I had to ask her to repeat and repeat over and over again what she was trying to tell me.

This left me very frustrated and I feel I didn't have a satisfactory outcome at all.

Apart from that, my appointment was on 9th May and my doctor has still not received a letter.

Don't they get emailed?

It's 13th June and my GP has not heard a word.

I'm so disappointed.
