"Care for my mother and father."

My mother and father live in the Paisley area in Scotland. Due to work I have settled in Lincoln in England. My Parents are in there late seventies and were requiring some assistance to remain in the family home. We were lucky enough to get support from the local authority and a company called HRM from Kilmarnock were brought in to try and help. The HRM staff have been assisting my mum and dad for several years and I have nothing but praise for them. The staff have a very tough job but more than often go above and beyond what is expected of them. They are contracted to do medical prompts but do so much more, they will always spend time chatting, offering to make tea/food and checking on general welfare. The true strength of a service comes out when something goes wrong. Any occasion where there has been a problem, HRM have stepped in and resolved it with minimum fuss. I cannot commend them enough for their service and would without hesitation reccomend them.
