"Amazing Receptionist's and GP"

I went to book an appointment as my arm and leg had been numb for a week. The receptionist informed me there weren't any for another week. When I mentioned that was ok and that I would go to the hospital instead, she asked me if it was an emergency and once I had told her she put me straight on the phone. I then missed the phone call due to work commitments, so I popped back into the doctors at 1pm. Another receptionist was in the process of booking me in for an afternoon phone appointment when the Oncall doctor came downstairs. She told him who I was and he took me straight upstairs for a check-up. The doctor was amazing and immediately booked me in for blood tests, an ECG and an MRI scan. He also followed up with me by phone today, which is two weeks later to see if I'm ok and to check if my scan date has come through (it hasn't, but that's a Torbay issue!) I cannot rate the staff any higher, they have all been amazing.
