"I love this surgery"

I am a doctor myself and am probably quite a difficult patient in some ways as a result, the surgery are always so helpful though. I have seen most of the doctors there at some point and they have all been great. One in particular was very impressive in terms of the depth of knowledge he had about antibiotics. Non-medics might think that every doctor should know every detail about every drug but that just isn't realistic, his knowledge was unusually good and it was very reassuring as I was pregnant at the time. The surgery are also very good at making sure I get whatever it is I need in the most convenient way possible, prescriptions, letters, appointments, referrals etc. They don't make me come in for an appointment just for the sake of it when things could just be dealt with over the phone, a lot of surgeries will force an appointment to do anything at all. I have never had to wait more than a few days for an appointment and it's usually pretty easy to get through on the phone, the online appointment and prescription service is great too. As a medic I have had to move a lot and this is probably the best surgery I have ever been to.
