recepgion queue out of the front door this morning. There really should be a manager to oversee this function so that the test me will nterval between each person booking in is not too long.

Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your recent experience when visiting our Corbett Outpatient Centre. The department is implementing changes to improve the waiting time in the reception queue.

There are occasions when a high number of patients all arrive at the same time and we are sorry that you experienced a large queue.

Your feedback has been forwarded to the team responsible and will be used as part of our on-going commitment to improving the patient experience.
