"A and E visit"

About: Eastbourne District General Hospital / Accident and emergency

On May 9th in the early morning I dislocated my shoulder. We arrived at A and E about 6.15. I want to express my thanks to all the staff who looked after me. From the receptionist, triage nurse, radiographer and the medical team who put the shoulder back, everyone was genuinely kind and caring. Thank you very much, this care and attention was very much appreciated.

The Trust is committed to providing a high standard of care to all patients, and it is therefore assuring to know this was your experience, and that you found all of the staff you came into contact with to be kind, caring and above all, professional. We will pass on your comments to the Head of Nursing for Urgent Care so they can be shared with staff.
