"Genuine caring staff."

What I liked

This has been the most efficient, friendly and clean hospital that i I have ever been a patient at.

The emergency department staff were informative and treated me respectfully.

The nursing staff, orthopedic & gyne registrar's were polite, actively listen and really made me feel they truly cared.

Pain management was excellent. Never made to wait more than 5 minutes.

The MRI unit staff explained throughly the proceedure.

The meal section was comprehensive, the food hot and well presented. The staff serving the meals were friendly and thoughtful.

Ward 22 has the most amazing nursing staff. They were always attentive to my needs, even when very busy. They must be the most happy smiley nursing staff in Buckinghamshire.

Parking was not too difficult.

There is a costa cafe in the outpatients dept and restaurant near the spinal unit.

Overall the hospital has a nice relaxed energy, which certainly was appreciated when feeling unwell.
