Such friendly staff at all levels who naturally interacted and distracted my 8 month old while having bloods taken. We felt comfortable throughout our visit and fully informed. Thank you to everyone

Dear Zhh

Thank you for leaving feedback following your recent attendance with your 8 month old.

It is so difficult for parents to watch their young child becoming upset during a procedure especially when they are so young and don't understand what is being done. I and am so pleased that the staff kept you fully informed and were able to distract your child making the visit a more pleasant experience.

Staff are always delighted to receive feedback from families and I will ensure yours is passed on to them
