"Couldn't be better"

I went to the Urgent Care Centre mid afternoon June 6th to have some stitches removed from a knee operation? It was a quiet time there and I was seen just five minutes after checking in. The male nurse quickly put me at ease and removed the stitches in less than five minutes. I did not feel any pain and I can't praise him enough for turning what I feared was going to be a painful experience into almost a pleasurable one at the hands of such a professional, competent and pleasant man.
