"Terrible treatment"

About: Faversham Medical Practice

After seeing a gp I came away and realised that my usual medication ( which I've had for 5 plus years now ) was out of date phoned and asked to speak with doctor , no I could only explain to a secretary she said she would speak to doctor . She phoned and said the doctor would put out a prescription for me . Went to pick this up got home and see that it was medication for piles which we'd discussed in appointment but decided not to go ahead with until id had a procedure just to carry on with my usual Steroids for ulcerative colitis so went into practice to tell them spoke with prescription lady who went to speak with doctor she came out and said that due to us not thinking it was my uc she'd given me other medication ( which was acceptable )she said I could have a prescription for my usual medication though ( which I've had for 5 plus years ) prescription lady said she would do this for me . Went and picked up prescription got home and opened stapled bag to find it was not my suppositories but an anemea?????? Phoned about this they apologised about mistake and got a doctor to phone me who also apologised and told me it was their mistake ( bearing in mind I'm having to pay for these prescriptions ) and he said he would have to speak to someone and that HE would ca me back . I had a call back from the receptionist to say he'd put the right prescription out for me when I asked about the cost of the medication that they'd made the mistake over she said there was nothing they could do as I hadn't opened it in the pharmacy and checked it . ( who opens their stapled bag in the pharmacy and checks that it is right ????? )

I asked her to ask the doctor to phone me and she said she would several days on and no phone call . Very bad service from you and very bad customer service . It was your mistake not mine and I'm out of pocket where's the fairness in that
