"Awful"

I rang 111 at 11am, I then spoke to a doctor over the phone in which she stated I needed to see a doctor. Due to my GP not having any appointments she explained to ring 111 back up to book an appointment at 6:30.

I rang again and they kept saying they would ring me back. At 10pm I finally spoke to a clinician who said I would need to see a doctor. Then said they would call me back again. They rang me and explained that I needed to go MEDOC and the waiting time was not going to be bad. I was in the waiting room for 2 hours. The room was dirty and people had been waiting a lot longer than I had. When I asked the receptionist how many people were in front of me she said 5. But in the last 2 hours only 5 had gone in!!! The doctors kept talking to the receptionist for at least 10 minutes after each patient. I decided to go home and when asked if I was still in pain in which I replied that it was worse the receptionist said try 111 again tomorrow?!

This is appalling! I’m disgusted and angry. Will not be coming here again! I’d rather be in pain!
